e.g: It can change TF binding site in Gene A as promoter SNP while alter Amino Acid sequence of Gene B as non-synonymous SNP.

Only show NCBI validated SNP.
NCBI considers a SNP as validated if it is found in multiple populations or MAF is high enough in one population.
Do not show Single Nucleotide Differences.
Some SNP may actually be artifact caused by highly homologous sequence only differ at 1 base pair (Single Nucleotide Differences, SND ).

Leave blank to omit filtering.
Specify a value 0 - 50 to enable filtering MAF >= the value in that population.
You can also use >, <, >=, <=, <>, 'Between .. AND ..' (e.g: Between 0 AND 5) logics or 'Is Null' for showing those not genotyped.

Only show genes whose symbol matches the gene name provided.
Some genes can have alias name same as the official symbol of another gene.
e.g: NAT2 is the official symbol for N-acetyltransferase 2 but also the alias for solute carrier family 38, member 1.
By default, pfSNP server look up for genes whose symbol OR alias matching criteria given.
Tick this to limit search to only genes whose symbol matches the criteria given.
